I’m Casey!
Some of you may know me as lunch break builders on all the platforms but around here, we’re on a first name basis.

I am a relatable self-taught DIY mama with an I can do anything attitude. Working a 9-5 + DIYing in between meetings. I bring my followers along for the the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between! Including a few laughs along the way.

My goal is to empower others, especially women, to know they can do anything. I strive to learn together as we go, teach you all you need to know, and inspire you to build your dreams.

A little about me. I am just your average girl born and raised in Winston Salem, North Carolina. I am a wife, mom, and small business owner. I have one boy, 2 cats, an amazing husband, and a whole lot of fun.

In the midst of Covid I decided to put my time and husbands tools to good use and renovate my guest bathroom. From there DIY turned into a hobby which quickly turned into a passion and place of happiness. In May 2021, Lunch Break Builders was born.
